Anna Kyrk is a passionate educator, facilitator and consultant with over 20 years of experience in the UK and Australian education sectors. She has dedicated her career to creating inclusive, engaging, and empowering environments that help both students and adults to thrive.
 

Throughout her career, Anna has been a strong advocate for innovative, relationship-centred practice. She is skilled at embedding Oracy as a key teaching and learning strategy, having worked closely with leaders from Voice 21 since its inception to enhance student outcomes.
 

As a Project-Based Learning (PBL) expert, she has developed high-quality, cross-curricular approaches that not only meet National Curriculum standards but also stretch far beyond them. Her curriculum support is shaped by imagination, real-world links, project management, meaningful partnerships, and—most importantly—a genuine love of teaching and working with young people.
 

Anna has worked closely with Paul Dix and the When the Adults Change team, supporting schools and trusts to build strong relational cultures. She has delivered whole-school behaviour audits, training, and leadership development across primary, secondary, alternative provision, and post-16 and FE settings.
 

Her consultancy also extends beyond the classroom. Anna works with organisations across the wider youth and education landscape - including Bertha Earth, where she has supported facilitators to build relational practice and communication strategies that strengthen their work with young people, colleagues, and communities. She has also designed and delivered bespoke strategy work for major employers, such as EDF’s Sizewell C project, shaping line management guidance and wellbeing initiatives to support early careers and organisational culture.
 

As an engaging presenter and facilitator, Anna brings energy, authenticity, and depth to every session. She weaves together lived experience, storytelling, and interactive, dialogic approaches to create thought-provoking and practical learning experiences. Whether leading whole-school training, coaching senior leaders, or designing workplace development programmes, she ensures participants leave with both inspiration and actionable strategies.
 

Through The-Project-Hub, Anna offers consultancy focused on culture, curriculum, and organisational development. She specialises in relational practice, leadership coaching, behaviour culture strategy, and expert curriculum design rooted in Project-Based Learning pedagogy. Her work supports schools, trusts, and organisations in designing environments where people feel connected, valued, and empowered to succeed.
 

Outside of her professional life, Anna is an avid traveller who believes that experiencing other cultures broadens one’s perspective and enriches personal development. This global outlook informs her approach to education and consultancy, as she strives to prepare young people - and the adults who support them - to be confident, compassionate, and active contributors to the world around them.
