CULTURE & RELATIONAL PRACTICE
Creating emotionally safe space for learning.
'Anna simply gets relational practice. She has lived it, breathed it, led it and can help develop cultures to become soaked in it. In her work at The Project Hub she is able to expertly support and inspire others to do the same' - Paul Dix

It is a privilege to help schools embed relational practice and create seismic shifts in whole-school culture. My training supports leaders and staff to implement the When the Adults Change approach with confidence, using Paul Dix's strategies.
Through interactive, engaging sessions, specifically tailored for your setting, I work with schools to develop consistent, calm and relational approaches that build trust, restore relationships and create learning environments where a foundation of emotional safety ensures both staff and students thrive. Everything starts with a conversation.
